A very nice reception area with an exceptional welcome from Karisma. The room was the usual high standard for this type of hotel although one never gets comfortable chairs. The bar/restaurant was airy with plenty of room and choice of good food and drink. Angel was our first nights waiter who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The second evening we were blessed with Nikol as our waitress - it makes it so much nicer when away from home being met with friendly and helpful people. We took advantage of the bus, which stops just across the road, and had a pleasant day in Galway City without the hassle of parking. Would certainly go back some day.

We only stayed one night but will definitely stay here when back in the area! Conveniently located outside of busy Galway this was a great find! The restaurant on property was good and the attached bar has bands on weekends. The attached pool and workout facility was a plus, just wish it stayed open past nine, but it was nicely equipped. The room size was large (we had a family room) so big plus with two older kids. The beds were comfy with choices of pillows. The staff was very attentive and in both the hotel & restaurant, they went out of their way to offer assistance.

From the moment we entered the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Rachel at reception was just wonderful and the proprietor Nora was exceptional, a real example of how to make your guests feel. They made us feel at home. We were a family of 7 and a party of 28 for dinner in the restuarant that evening. The food was amazing all brought out perfectly hot and promptly. The service was amazing with staff seeming to be happy to serve.

On arrival and check in the lady Rachael I think she said her name was explained everything in detail . Her friendliness and personality was excellent. This lady is definitely in the correct job position in the hotel. From the moment we steps in her friendly smile and greeting made me feel I picked the correct place to stay. Her professionalism was outstanding. Our stay was great thank you again.id

We had everything we needed in the room, lovely ladies in reception were super helpful. We also had an access to the leisure centre, which was nice as well. Breakfast was delicious. If we ever come back here that is where we will want to stay again.
