Claregalway Hotel

Loved the size of the room for a family of four, my daughters were pleased to not be on pull out beds but get a proper one each. Loved the swimming pool, not so keen on the changing area, but most swimming pool changing areas are like that. The breakfast was great, my girls loved the pancakes in the morning. We had our evening meal there both nights we stayed, nice choice available and very tasty. Felt expensive but then having to keep reminding myself it was in Euros not Pounds.

Could not recommend this hotel more, from check-in to check out. Everything was exceptional with our two night stay, staff, room, and pool. Special shout out to Robert, who looks after breakfast service. He is one of a kind. You couldn't meet a nicer person he is so friendly and accommodating that nothing is too much. My 2 little girls loved seeing him each morning. Then we had dinner on our 2nd night in Bia & Co. restaurant, which was amazing. The food was delicious, and the service again was top tier. Our waiter (unfortunately didn't get his name) was so friendly and brilliant at his job that we just wished we'd had our dinner there on our first night also. It was so good that our 6 year old said that when she's older, she will be taking her kids back, and she thinks the hotel should be 5 stars 🌟. In which we couldn't agree more. We most definitely will be back soon.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The service is good and the staff were lovely. Shantha was especially nice, very friendly, welcoming and appeared genuinely concerned that we were enjoying our stay. He wanted to ensure the standards of the hotel were maintained. The room was spacious and clean. The gym and pool were an added bonus.

The hotel is modern, clean, with helpful staff, good parking, and excellent facilities on site - the restaurant is very good - where the staff were very helpful in the evenings. A short drive away from Galway, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the city.

On arrival and check in the lady Rachael I think she said her name was explained everything in detail . Her friendliness and personality was excellent. This lady is definitely in the correct job position in the hotel. From the moment we steps in her friendly smile and greeting made me feel I picked the correct place to stay. Her professionalism was outstanding. Our stay was great thank you again.id
